At Pelican Realty Management the safety of our employees and residents are our priority. We are continually monitoring CDC, and state guidelines to ensure we are implementing the most update procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
What are we doing to help?
- We implemented rigorous sanitizing procedures at our properties.
- All employees are always required to wear personal protective equipment such as masks, face shields, and keep at least 6 feet distance from other employees, residents, and vendors
- Residents are encouraged to use their Resident Portal to services such as rent payments, sign up for recurring payments, sign leases & lease renewal, submit work orders and more.
- Prospects can apply for new leases online.
- At this moment we are only accepting urgent work orders such as major plumbing issues, appliances such as stove, refrigerator or freezer not working, and major electricity issues.
- Appropriate training to employees, and informative banners at our communities.
